Regulations MWGMALOPOLSKA 2018

1.       In the Championship is allowed  to participate each individual (with the exception of the organizers / board and the immediate family). Participant  is obligated to deliver pigeon and property card to WG-Małopolska in proper time.

* Pigeons without property cards do not participate in contests. The pigeon ownership card is a donation to the organizer and  does not constitute a paid form.

2.       The condition of participation is:

A)     Consent to participate in the association name: wspólny gołębnik małopolska. Please remember  to properly fill application form named formularz zgłoszeniowy and deliver it at the latest on the day of pigeons arrival to WG Malopolska. This form plays a very important role in attending the 2018 season.

B)      Give consent for transmission participation pigeons (pigeons from the 2018 application form) under the care of the organizers for the 2018 season.

C)      Payment of 50% of the participation fee within 14 days of the application. If the participant fails to pay the pigeon participation fee within 14 days, the participant will be removed from the list of participants. The whole fee must be paid by 01.05.2018 or in special cases after consultation with the organizer on another date, but not later than the first flight of the competition. If delivered to the WG pigeons will not be paid the full fee but only the advance then the advance and pigeons will not be refunded. These pigeons will not be included in the flights, such pigeons become the property of the organizers. Please note that the number of participant is limited.

Deadline of accepting pigeons with property cards is from 20.04.2018 to 03.06.2018. The pedigrees please deliver the most up to THE WEEK AFTER THE FINAL. 

* Doves need not be vaccinated because all pigeons after delivery will undergo a HEALTHY EXAMINATION and will be vaccinated against paramyxovirus and smallpox.

3.       The entry fee is 250 zł per pigeon.

3a. After paying the registration fee and informing the organizers by the end of February 2018 that the participant is unable to deliver the pigeons can apply for a 70% refund of the buy-in paid. After the deadline, ie 01.03.2018, this refund will not be possible.

3b. Electronic rings will be allocated at the latest before the first training flight.

4.       The team of pigeons consists of 5 units, where the first 3 pigeons from the team score points in the competition, based on the speed of arrival of the pigeon from the competition. Pigeons that do not create team of 5 will not compete in team qualification. Points will be calculated the sum of the speed of the first three pigeons from the flight. The competition flight will be counted from the time of release for 5 consecutive nights (eg, pigeons are released on Sundays, the competition closes on Thursday at the same time as they were released on Sundays). The  best team will be chosen by  the number of pigeon competitions, then the total speed of the pigeons from the individual competition flights.

5.       The flight plan assumes flights from the WEST direction

1 - 4. Competition flights: about 90 km

5. Competition flights: about 190 km

6. Competition flights: about 90 km

7. Competition flights: about 290 km

8. Competition flights: about 90 km

9. Flight (FINAL): approximately 440 - 540 km 

 

6.       Final flight of the day .-- 09.2018 R: 440 - 540 km around ZGORZELEC / LUCKAU

Training flights:

About 5 training flights from 5km to 30km

First training flight scheduled for 05.07.2017

* Organizers reserve the right to shorten or extend the flight and change flight dates due to weather conditions.

*For humanitarian reasons, pigeon who returned the day before the flight or with very poor health will not be placed on the next flight (participant will be informed about health  condition by phone).

7.       Each pigeon competition will be supervised by committees consisting of organizers and willing participants in theWG Małopolska.

8.        The flights can be carried out on their own transport at any given day under appropriate weather conditions for pigeons.

9.       Maximum number of pigeons in WG Małopolska in 2018 will be 400  pigeons.

10.   Prizes. With 400 pigeons, the total prize pool will be 70,000 Tys. PLN + possible rewards from the sponsors. [At fee of 250 zł for a pigeon]

 Final flight. 30 fastest pigeons will be awarded as follows:

  PIGEON ACTIVATION ON FINAL FLIGHT:

Each participant or other individual can activate the pigeon that will be placed on the final flight. Such activation will cost 100zł from each pigeon. The person who activates the pigeon gains all the activation prize for the individual place. Activation priority has  the person who first report pigeon activations.

   ADDITIONAL PRIZE for the 2019 season !!

The additional prize will be the next  season participation. It will be won by the participant who won first place in team flights, from all flights + finals.

11.   The organizers are obliged to:

- care for entrusted pigeons, health care (veterinary vaccination), proper nutrition (karma, vitamins) organization of training and competition flights

- keep and publish documentation of the course of the championship on the website.

12. After the season there will be an auction, of which 50% of the amount reached to the owner of the dove, 50% to the Organizers. The pigeons that are put up for sale in the first auction and not purchased from the sale go into the organizer's property.  The pedigrees are expected to be deliver not later then week after the Finale. In case if delivery of pedigree will be this date or it will be no delivery of pedigree, pigeon at auction will be sold by percentage of 30% participant 70% organizer.

* All prizes will be handed after end the auction and after receiving all payments for pigeons. All pigeons who will return from the final flight in 2018 will be auctioned under conditions (see Rule 12). The pigeons that will return in the new 2019 season are the property of the organizer and them decides on the future of the pigeon. The amount reduced by the commission will be split between the participant and the organizer.

13. With fewer pigeons, the percentage prize pool will be smaller, but we do not plan to host championships / competitions less than 200 pigeons, so please update your membership and subscribe to the competition and show your the best side.
